Snack  watermellon 🙂

Lunch  salad 🙂 2 Tbsp greek vinaigrette dressing 🙂  whole wheat sandwich thin 🙂 6 slices deli ham 🙂 mustard 🙂  water 🙂

Snack 2 c plain yogurt 🙂 fresh blueberries 🙂

PM Mood: 9/10  Energy: 8/10

Supper  grilled beef 🙂 peppers 🙂 sauteed zuchinni and mushrooms 🙂 Parmasan and mozzarella cheese 🙁 water 🙂 watermellon 🙂

Snack ham slices 🙂

Evening Mood:  10/10  Energy:  8/10 Energy dip:  7:30 am  Stress factor:  getting my daughter to appt. on time

Good food mood percentage 21/22 or 95% !
