PM  Mood:  8/10  Energy:  6/10

Supper  Talapia 🙂  Mango sauce 🙂  broccoli 🙂

Evening  Mood:  7/10  Energy:  7/10  Energy dip:  3 p.m.  Stress factor:  TOO BUSY today!

Good Food Mood %  17/18 or 94%  (yes!)

    1. I think it’s a combination of the two Jeff, but I think there is a lot more physical factors than I originally thought. The amount of sleep I was getting had a big influence on my mood the next day. If I had a day where I ate poorly, got less sleep and had more stressful situations to deal with, I was a crab!
