Vodka 🙁 cranberry juice 🙂 6 carrots 🙂

Supper
Wine 🙁 Guacomole 🙂 Whole wheat corn chips 🙂 shrimp 🙁 White pasta 🙁 cosmopolitan 🙁

Evening Mood: 9/10 Energy: 8/10 Energy dip: 11:45 am Stress factor: getting daughter ready for an appt.

Good mood food percentage: 12/20 or 60%
