Can how you eat really affect your mood?  From my mostly unscientific experiment on myself, it looks like it sure can!  My college roommates and a long weekend together helped me crash and burn in this department.  I had a great time, but boy was I a bear when I got home.  My poor family!

I will be using the following:

For mood and energy level, I will use a ten point scale with 10 being highest and 0 being lowest. After each food entry, smile emotocon will follow a “good” mood food 🙂 and a frown emotocon will follow a “bad” mood food 🙁 (See “Food for Your Mood” blog post.)   If a food has both good and bad components it will receive the  :/ emotocon. It will be counted against the good mood food percentage.
