Breakfast  1/2 Power bar 🙂  1 Scoop Shakeology 🙂  1/2 c almond milk 🙂  1/2 c water 🙂 1 tsp peanut butter :/  2 Tbsp frozen sweetened strawberries :/ 1 c ice 🙂

Lunch  2 c salad made with cucumbers, tomato, onion and romaine 🙂  2 Tbsp sundried tomato vinaigrette dressing 🙂 3 pcs sharp white cheese 🙂 2 Tbsp olive taupenade 🙂 2 club crackers 🙁  Watermellon 🙂

PM Mood: 8/10  Energy:  6/10

Snack  Whole wheat sandwich thin 🙂  Watermellon 🙂  1tsp Weight Watchers cream cheese 🙁  Pepper jelly 🙁

Suppper  4 1/2 oz. grilled chicken 🙂  1 1/2 Tbsp Pesto 🙂 2 Tbsp Feta Cheese 🙂  1 spoonful Lipton noodles 🙁  1 cup steamed veggies 🙂  5 0z blueberry wine 🙁

Evening  Mood: 10/10 Energy Level: 8/10, Energy dip: None  Stress Factor:  Getting my daughter out the door for work.

Day 1 Results

I will be using the following:

For mood and energy level, I will use a ten point scale with 10 being highest and 0 being lowest. After each food entry, smile emotocon will follow a “good” mood food 🙂 and a frown emotocon will follow a “bad” mood food 🙁 (See “Food for Your Mood” blog post.)   If a food has both good and bad components it will receive the  :/ emotocon. It will be counted against the good mood food percentage.

Lunch:  1 Lean Pork Chop 🙂  3 pcs. white sharp cheddar cheese 🙂  Watermellon/cantalope 🙂  Snack:  3 Hershey’s minis dark chocolate :/

Supper:  1 1/2 mini pizza crust 🙁  Salsa 🙂  Red pepper 🙂  Colby Jack cheese 🙂  Salad 🙂 2 Tbs. Sun dried tomato vinaigrette dressing 🙂

Evening Mood: 8/10 Energy Level: 8/10  Energy Dip: 4 p.m. Stress Factor: Riding with my permit carrying daughter Oiy!
