  1. LOVE all of the graphs. 🙂 And I know that I need at LEAST 8 hours to feel better. When I don’t have to get up early, I’ll easily sleep 9-10 hours. We need our rest — especially after a hard workout!

  2. Dang! I’m going through this little phase in my work schedule where I’m not sleeping regularly and having a really hard time getting enough sleep. This is like the 5th post today I’ve seen about sleep! Ok, ok! I get it! Seriously, Sue, thanks for the reminder. I get in a groove where I get little sleep and it becomes much too easy to stay there until I crash!
